Long time Clinton Lieutenant Sid Blumenthal, the source of a false media campaign accusing Monica Lewinsky of being a “stalker”(at Hillary’s behest) during the impeachment process, sent numerous emails to Hillary Clinton immediately after the Benghazi attack. The emails, purportedly based on highly confidential intelligence sources, were about Benghazi, Libya, and Algeria.
Has Hillary turned over this email to the State Department?
The emails were reportedly hacked by the Romanian hacker, Guccifer, in March 2013, who released a screenshot of a list of the subject matters and dates of Blumenthal’s email sent to Hillary at [email protected], (hdr apparently refers to Hillary Diane Rodham) the private e-address that Hillary has admitted to using.
At the time, Gawker noted that Hillary was not using an official State Department email account and notified the State Department.
A screenshot of the emails sent to Hillary with subject was published on Gawker. (https://gawker.com/5991563/hacked-emails-show-hillary-clinton-was-receiving-advice-at-a-private-email-account-from-banned-obama-hating-former-staffer)
Four long emails from Blumenthal to Hillary were published by The Russian Times. But the remaining twenty or so have never been released and the Russian Times may not have been accurate.
So were the Blumenthal emails produced to the State Department by Hillary? Because they certainly related to her work — even if they were sent by a friend. This was a friend who claimed to be in touch with the highest levels of Libyan, Algerian, and French Intelligence sources.
Here are some of the subject matter headings related to Blumenthal’s supposed emails to Hillary:
• 9/12/12 Magarif and the Attack On The Attack On U.S. In Libya (day after attack)
• 10/6/12 Libya Cabinet Meeting
• 12/8/12 Intel Badie, Morsi, Opposition (NOTE: Badie was head of The Muslim Brotherhood)
• 12/10/12 Libya, Benghazi, Oil
• 12/11/12 Latest Benghazi Intel
• 12/18/12 Latest Intel Morsi
• 1/4/13 HIGHLY IMPORTANT: Comprehensive Intel Report On…
• 1/15/13 Latest Libya Intel, Government Discussions At High Levels
• 1/19/13 Latest French Intel On Algeria Hostage
• 2/16/13 Algeria/Libya/Terrorism
Sounds like these would be relevant to the Benghazi Committee subpoena.
And they probably would also have been responsive to an Freedom of Information request that Gawker made for the Blumenthal documents two years ago. But the State Department denied the request, claiming there were no such documents. Of course, everyone at the State Department knew that Hillary used the very email address that Gawker requested information about. Gawker is considering a lawsuit based on the conspiracy in the State Department to cover-up for Hillary.
If the emails are to be believed, Blumenthal somehow had access to the highest levels of power and intelligence sources in Libya and Algeria. There are also lots of references to the Muslim Brotherhood and caution about the need for confidentiality. One of the emails seems to have been sent the day after the Benghazi attack.
So let’s see if these emails were sent over to the State Department when Hillary and her aides hand-picked what they would give up.
Hillary claims that she erred on the side of caution to produce anything that might be considered to be involved with her work — and not simply personal.
If she did, the Blumenthal emails should be at the State Department. And she can’t claim they’re classified — she already said she had no classified material in any emails. And the Blumenthal emails were not based on any U.S. Government material. That excuse won’t work.
So let’s see if they turn up.
